I have a wart or verruca. Does this stop me having massage?

You may have noticed in the contra- indications section that 'contagious or infectious' skin diseases are not worked on. This is to prevent cross contamination and infection spread to other areas on the body.

Warts or verrucas are ok so long as they are covered with plasters or other. I won't work over them specifically, since they can be very painful when touched. Also they can be contagious, so covered for that reason.

Aroma therapy can reduce and remove them in certain instances, however we may need to find the underlying cause.

This doesn't prevent you from having a massage unless you are specifically warned not to by your GP, and this is execptionally rare in the case of warts unless you have much more serious underlying health problems.
