I check on this during your consultation prior to massage. Allergies vary as much as we do as beings! You can be allergic to something suddenly, then in 24 hrs it clears up never to resurface, the source unknown!

Usually you know if you have any allergies. We only need to know about these so that anything used during the massage or aroma therapy treatment will not cause you any adverse reaction or pain/discomfort.

This is important to you and me so that I give you the best treatment possible. If you're not sure, we can do allergy tests for essential oils, by means of a patch test on the wrist or underarm with a plaster.

Any itching, redness, reaction or discomfort will mean certain oil or oils won't be used on those affected by them.

In the event of nut allergies,  a neutral baby oil or other safe lotion or cream can be used. If you have any favourites you like having used on you, by all means please bring them with you when you come along!
